STANDARDIZATION OF MEAT

In our company, the continuous quality controls allow us to offer
the purest products of Cretan land to the consumer.
The standardization unit of meat has a special section for poultry
that is equipped with modern machines and manned by qualified personnel.
After all, in Agroktimata Kritis we always pay attention to every detail, the
constant development of our facilities and the use of new technology so that we can
guarantee that the freshness and taste of our products remain unchanged
at every stage of standardization.

Agroktimata Kritis Manolitsakis has a sophisticated space that meets all hygiene and safety requirements for cutting and processing meat. It consists of the following sections:– Cutting and packaging of white and red meat.– Production of heat treatment products (cold cuts, sausage, “apaki” smoked chicken).– Production of meat preparations (burgers, rolls, souvlaki).

The facilities are equipped with modern equipment and machines that ensure the quality and safe processing and packaging of the products.
They possess all legal licenses and ISO 22000:2000 food safety management system certified by TUV Austria.
